Christmas Eve at First Baptist

For those who missed our song at the 3:30 and 11:00 p.m. services, here it is!  I asked the wonderfully talented Amanda Baker to sing some harmony with me, and Stephen Olson accompanied us on violin (Stephen also blessed us with music at our wedding).  I sang the Sara Groves rendition of "Cradle in Bethlehem".  Note to self for the future:  two hours is not enough time to shake off the carbonation of root beer.

Thanks for posting. Fun times. Nice singing. Miss seeing you and the baby. Since we're sharing, I thought I'd share this link with you of one of your old 2nd grade students: Ilana. This is her blog and some poetry from it. http://ibby66.wordpress.com/

Merry Christmas from the Palo Alto Baers.

It was wonderful for us to hear you sing, and the song was a beautiful choice. Thank you for the special Christmas Eve blessing for your FBC family and friends.

Wow! I have the chills. Amazing job Jamie and Amanda! I miss hearing your beautiful voice every Sunday, since the days long ago when we were both in Stockton at Crosswalk. Blessings in the new year, my friend.
