Someone Get The Balloons!

It's a beautiful Friday, and a beautiful day for my 500th blog post! 500 is a beautiful number, isn't it? I'd like 500 dollars. I'd also like 500 eyelashes...that would make mascara unnecessary! I'd like 500 hours of free time. You get the idea.

I wouldn't have made it this far if it were not for YOU, beautiful reader! Your participation in this crazy journey has made it fun to share. I would love it if you would tell me how you stumbled upon my blog and where you are located! I'm pretty sure that you are tuning in from all corners of the country- REPRESENT!

Who knows...maybe I'll reach 500 comments?
Yeah, right. ;)

Hello! I've been reading your blog for the past few weeks; I stumbled across it in a google search somehow, onto the post about the student receiving a detention for saying "that's what she said!" I'm a big office fan myself, so that drew me into your blog. I'm also a newlywed, living in your neighbor to the south, Iowa - so I know what you mean when you talk about the cold winters! I've enjoyed reading your blog, so thanks for sharing it!

Jamie, I found your blog when we found each other on Facebook about a year ago. It's been fun to catch up on your life since our high school days. I am now living in Washington State.

Hi Jamie, I found your blog a year or so ago when I googled "Stockon blogs." Weirdly eoungh, I sort of knew you before. I go to Crosswalk and went on and off when ypu were the worship leader. A tiny bit twilight zoney, but fun. Congrats on the 500th!

Jamie, you already know this ...

Jamie and I go way back to Stock-town, but now I live in Charlotte, NC.

A little retro Jamie ... Long before "The Office," Jamie was a borderline-obsessed fan of ER. Tell 'em all about it sometime, Jamie! It's the final season. You should pay your respects. ;)

Jamie, I found your blog when I started working at Biola in December 2007. I did not get to know you at work because you left shortly after I started. I read your blog every day and I just love it so much!

I found your blog after I was your facebook friend, which was after you were my Academic Advisor, but before you asked me to play violin at Revolution :)

I found your blog thru mutual friends (one has 18 kids, the other paints his face blue a lot). I have always found your blogs to be very inspirational. You have such a talent for writing.
