Where is Joseph When You Need Him?

I had a dream last night.
It involved fruit.
Specifically, pears, grapefruit and cantaloupe, and the intense NEED to find them and buy them at the grocery store.
This one's a mystery to me. ESPECIALLY since I dislike cantaloupe. I really don't like cantaloupe.

Anyone care to take a gander at this one?

Well... first of all there is no "elope" in cantaloupe. But you didn't hear it from me!

With a little research, here's what I've come up with...Fruit represents abundance and prosperity. Because of the seeds, they may also represent new beginnings. In biblical stories, mythology and literature in general, fruits have enjoyed much symbolic meaning. They may represent sexual desires and the search for wealth and immortality....
So, perhaps it's your lustful heart or the new season of your life. My vote is for the lustful heart though :-)

I don't like grapefruit, does that mean I might not be a Christian since it is such a big fruit and has lots of seeds?

The pear means that you and Chris make a great "pair".

The cantaloupe means that you have to have your ceremony and "can't elope".

I'm still working on the grapefruit, I'll get back to ya. :)

That's interesting. And since it's currently 2 AM, I'm going to stop reading your blog (possibly write an entry on mine) and try to get some sleep. Thanks for letting me take over your blog tonight.
