Dearest Jamie: How I remember all to well the emotions with pregnancy. Your situation of course is magnified with all that you have experienced these last few months. I encourage you to read Psalm 25 when you are feeling alone and/or are experiencing fear; read it out loud if possible. When I was pregnant the 2nd time, the fear I would experience was incapacitating. I learned to discipline myself and read Scripture...the same one...each time. The freedom and relief I experienced while doing so was amazing. If you have a hard time doing this, I suggest you pretend you are in Jr. High and you have to do what I tell you!
I brought my own robe to the hospital. It was hard enough walking around, no need to worry about "baring" the backside! I also had a little light I could turn off and on when I had to nurse. The hospital bed lights were so bright and annoying!
